Flight Package & Reservation

USA-CUBA Tours takes care of booking your international flight from the US to Havana, Cuba. Flights are booked through either a licensed charter company or commercial airline authorized to provide direct flights to Cuba. These flights should be booked through an authorized company.

USA-CUBA Tours will reserves a seat on all charter flight going to Cuba for each of our guest. This is done on a first come first serve basis. So, once you book your Cuba tour and make your initial deposit we will secure your seat on an authorized charter flight to Havana, Cuba.

Flight package will include the following:

  • Round-trip charter airfare from the US to Havana Cuba
  • Cuban Visa/(Tourist Card)
  • Cuban Medical Insurance

It is up to each guest to secure his or her own transportation to departing US International Airport.

Due to the US Embargo against Cuba and the related restrictions on American traveling to Cuba, USA-CUBA Tours is only allowed to book seats on flights to Cuba for those guests signed up on one of our tours.

Flight Package Information

Flight package costs vary based on your departure date and location. Current flight package pricing information is available on each tour page, but typically range from $289 – $789 (Seasonal fluctuation). This includes round trip ticket from the US to Havana, Cuba and Tourist Visa. Your flight package costs are in addition to your tour package fee.

Baggage & Luggage Fees

All authorized charter flights going to Cuba charge for the first checked baggage/luggage, typically $20.00 (depends on airlines). In addition, the weight restriction for all baggage/luggage and carry on can’t exceed 44lbs. Any combined baggage exceeding 44lbs will be subject to $2.00lb over 44lbs. The baggage fee and over-weight baggage charges are not included in the airfare package and must be paid when checking baggage/luggage on the day of travel. In addition there is a Cuban exit tax of $25.00 that will be charged for each guest.
